  Nice casino but I never did get asked if I wanted a drink the 2 days I was there playing. I lost money easy enough. Our room was upgraded with a great view and the restaurant Stacked had fantastic service and food. On our way down the elevator the power went out and elevator was stuck in darkness. All in all I still enjoyed my time there as pros and cons sort of balance. I however will stay somewhere else next time I visit. This was my first time in Biloxi.

  I have been very patient and respectful of palace casino to only get lied to by staff and pulled in a million directions behind the free play offered to me for updating items on my account. I don't live here and the fact that the staff has no respect appreciation or consideration for their players and have not assisted me with my problem at all is plain redicoulous to me.

  I love going here. We always feel so welcome here. The rooms are nice with a great view. Gaming is amazing. Rose and Chad are so nice at helping you out if you aren't sure how to play something. The slots are super loose. The food is always so much and so amazing. We normally do the sports bar or stacked. The bartender at the restaurant was very good and the buffet was okay. The people could be friendlier that makes the mto food. My pasta was wrong both times I've done it but no biggie due to other options there. The salad bar and dessert are amazing. I definitely will be back. Would love to see other desserts in the restaurant but that is really the only down fall on and no room service during the week.. Which does kinda suck.

  Really enjoyed my weekend at the Casino. Food was good and the casino staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. The non smoking environment was literally a breath of fresh air. Our rooms were excellent as well. Great job Palace! Would definitely come back again.

  I have been staying here annually for business and recommending friends and family to stay here for about 10 years, mainly because I like that it's smoke free. Up until my last stay I really liked it and had no major problems. It's amazing how one single bad experience could make someone forget about all the good ones. That's why employees should be friendly and inviting at all times. A male receptionist treated me like I was basically nobody. First off, he didn't greet us or welcome me us step forward when it was our turn. I just happened to notice that he was free. He went back and forth with me on a misunderstanding about my reservations and basically called me a lie. Once he realized he was wrong, he proceeded with a smug attitude like he was still right with no apology. Like my business with the hotel didn't matter to him one way or the other. This is the first time that I have ever written a hotel review but this really affected me. It has been a week today since that encounter and I still feel hurt by it. However, I know that every business may get a bad employee every now and then so I'm going to try to get past it. I just needed to vent about it.
